- Managing leasing team and reaching occupancy goals

- Marketing your community to individuals relocating to the area
- Developing and implementing marketing programs
- Incorporating direct mail, advertising, competitive analysis
- Providing customer service to residents of the community

Are you a fit for this job?
Leasing experience is preferable. A bachelor's degree (B. A.) or industry/leasing experience or two years sales experience required. Weekend work is also required. You are guaranteed one weekend off a month. Hours are M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 10:00 – 5:00, Sun 12:00 – 5:00. If you work a weekend you will get two days off during the week for a full 5-day workweek.

SECOND SUSHI CHEFCandidates should have: - At least 3 years good experience with ability to cut nigiri and sashimi and the ability to dress, clean, and prepare fish, such as yellowtail loin, salmon, tuna loin, etc.
- Willingness to learn from and improve with a 14-year sushi chef veteran
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation and strict standard of cleanliness
- Ability to converse with customers and provide good customer service
